Q. Can I check my order status?

A. Use this link to see your order status online. Make sure you have your order number and email address used to place the order. Also, when your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with tracking number so you can check your order's every step.

Q. Can I change or edit my order?
A. You can change or edit your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we have shipped it out to you and can't make any changes after that.

Q. What Boxes are scooters shipped in?
A. All Complete scooters come in a Lucky branded box that is clearly branded/marked as our product. 

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes we ship internationally, including to Canada. Read below on how to figure out shipping estimates.

Q. How long until my order ships out?
A. Non custom items usually ship within 24, sometimes it will take longer if we are waiting on a parts shipment or if it is a custom order. Custom scooters builds on average take at least 2 to 3 business days to process before shipping.

Q. How much do you charge for shipping?:
A.There is a shipping calculator available on the shopping cart page. This will give you domestic and international shipping rates. You can shop the website and add items to your cart. After adding items to your cart, you can click the cart button on the top right and it will take you to your shopping cart. There you can scroll down and see the shipping calculator. Pick the destination and enter the information requested.

Q. Do you collect taxes?:
A. For online purchases we collect local taxes for the following states: Arizona and Washington.

Q. How much is shipping?:
A. You can get a shipping estimate by adding items to your cart. Proceed to your shopping cart page and enter your general postal code to generate a shipping estimate.

Q. When will my parts ship?
A. For standard non custom scooters and parts orders, meaning no custom sizes or custom scooter, we strive to process your order, package it up, get it labeled and into the hands of UPS or USPS within 24, sometimes it will take longer if we are waiting on a parts shipment or if it is a custom order. Custom Scooters usually take 2 to 3 business days to process before shipping.

If you place an order after 2:00pm (1400) then your order will be processed the next business day. We don't ship on weekends so if you order on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday, we will process your order on Monday. Once it is processed then it will be shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail which takes approximately 3-5 days to deliver. This depends on where its being shipped to. Please scroll down for estimated shipping times. If you expedite shipping we can not control how UPS or USPS handles your package delivery, routing, or if they delivery on Holidays.

Q. How long does shipping take?:
A. We primarily use UPS to ship packages inside the US and USPS for packages outside the US. UPS ground takes between 3-5 anywhere in the US. International shipments (including Canada) take at least 7-10 days with USPS (United States Postal Service). In some cases we offer expedited shipping, but that does not speed up the processing time. If you order on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday we will not process your order until Monday. If you expedite shipping we can not control how UPS or USPS handles your package delivery, routing, or if they delivery on Holidays.

Q. How will I know when my order has been processed and my parts will ship?
A. When you place your order you are notified via email that your order was received. Then when your order is packaged and processed you will be notified via email that your order is completed, and then you will get a final email form UPS or USPS that they have received your order its way. That email from UPS or USPS will have a tracking number so you can see where the package is. You can also login to your account on our store and check your order status.


Q. Do you ship worldwide?
A. Yes we ship worldwide; we ship using UPS inside the US, and for International shipments we use USPS. If you need to find out if we ship to a particular country please contact us using this form

Q. For international orders (Canada Included): Do we have to pay for customs/brokerage fees and charges?
A. *Please check with your government's customs agency to determine if custom charges will apply to your order. Each country has different laws and charges and we are not able to keep track of all of them and their changes, we are not responsible for those charges. The shipping fee that you pay does not cover customs fees, taxes or any brokerage fees that might occur.*

International Orders-
International orders can take at least 10 to 14 business days to arrive and are shipped using USPS Priority Mail International. Transit time can also take longer due to customs delays. Please scrool down to read about customs/brokerage charges.

All orders ship from our Phoenix, Arizona warehouse.
*Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually processed within 24 hrs for in stock items, custom or out of stock items take a little longer. Please review the table below that shows the Domestic Estimated Delivery Time for most orders traveling cross country. Shipments to the Western US States generally take 1-3 business days.

Orders placed after 2PM PST are processed on the next business day. Lucky does not process orders during the weekend.
