International Orders
International orders on average take 7 to 10 business days to arrive, most orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail International or UPS Ground International, unless another shipping carrier is chosen during the check out process. PLEASE NOTE: shipping times do not include: order processing times, or customs clearance delays.
General Processing Information
All orders ship from our Riverside, California warehouse.
ORDERS: Orders placed after 1PM PST Monday-Thursday will be processed the next business day, Orders Placed after 1PM Friday will be processed the following Monday. Orders for in stock items are usually processed within 24 hours. Please allow 48-72 hours processing time for custom scooter builds.
DELIVERY TIMES: Please review the map above that shows the estimated Domestic Delivery Times for most orders. The delivery dates shown are not guaranteed, delivery times could be shorter or longer depending on the product ordered and it's destination. Again, these are only estimated delivery times.
Please verify and double check that your shipping address is entered correctly as there is a $12 re-routing fee (per package) to correct or adjust a shipping address after your order has been shipped. multiple re-routes will result in multiple fees.
PLEASE NOTE: Lucky Scooters does not have the ability to control how our carriers move your package. Once your package has been tendered to a carrier the delivery date, destination routing, and delivery speed is controlled by that carrier. Lucky Scooters is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping process. If a package is severely delayed due to the shipping carrier, please contact us directly and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
Packages shipped using UPS have the option to customize deliveries using the UPS Delivery Manager. A link to the UPS Delivery Manager is included in shipping emails.
